During the customization process of T-shirts, if you are not familiar with the process, it may take you a longer and more difficult path. Here are the steps involved in T-shirt customization:

1. Sampling and Style Confirmation: The customization of T-shirts starts with determining the style, including fabric, design, logo, size, and other specifications. This ensures that the final product meets the agreed-upon standards between the customer and the manufacturer.

2. Incoming Material Inspection: After the T-shirt fabric arrives at the factory, it undergoes a thorough inspection for quantity, appearance, and internal quality. This step helps to improve the garment's compliance rate. The inspection includes factors such as bonding strength of interfacing, smoothness of zippers, and shrinkage percentage of elastic bands. Any fabric that does not meet the requirements is either returned or discarded.

3. Preparation of Production Technology: The sample should clearly indicate the garment style, parts, specifications, and quality requirements. It should also have a composite stamp on relevant stitching areas. After completing the process sheet and sample development, a small batch of sample garments can be produced. Any deviations from customer and process requirements should be promptly corrected, and any technical challenges addressed to ensure smooth mass production. The sample garment becomes an important basis for inspection after being signed off by the customer.

4. Cutting: Before cutting the T-shirts, technicians need to create a layout plan based on the sample. The principle of "reasonableness, completeness, and economy" guides the layout process.

5. Customized T-shirt Sewing: Sewing is the central process in garment manufacturing. Depending on the style and workwear manufacturer's technique, sewing can be done using machines or by hand. Serial production is typically used during sewing processing.

6. T-shirt Garment Finishing: Garments undergo finishing to achieve a smooth appearance and accurate measurements. During ironing, a lining board is inserted into the garment to maintain its shape and specifications. The lining board's dimensions are slightly larger than those required for the finished product to prevent shrinkage and ensure proper fit. The ironing temperature is generally controlled between 180°C to 200°C to avoid yellowing or scorching.

7. Final T-shirt Garment Inspection: The final inspection is the last step before the workwear enters the company. Due to variations in production, there may be some discrepancies in product quality compared to the desired specifications. Inspectors evaluate each garment against certain standards to determine its conformity. Generally, any deviation within acceptable limits is considered acceptable, while exceeding those limits results in rejection.
